Shipment Inspection Policy
Please Read Carefully!
Do not sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) until you have thoroughly inspected your shipment for damage!
Do not allow a driver to leave a shipment that you have not signed for.
Captain Boom Fireworks is NOT responsible for damages that occur during shipment. Any damages that are not documented on the signed BOL are NOT eligible for any credit or refund.
All damage claims must include photographs for proof and be submitted to us within 48 hours of receipt.
Take photos of the damage to both external boxes and internal items. Reply to your shipping or order confirmation email and attach the photos. Note: Cosmetic damage is not eligible for a claim.
You must notify Captain Boom Fireworks in writing, of any discrepancies (overages/shortages) in the shipment within 48 hours of receipt.
If no claims are made within 48 hours, you will not be issued any form of credit.
Captain Boom Fireworks is NOT responsible for any detention, liftgate service, or other extra service you request of the freight company at the time of delivery. You will be billed directly by the freight company for any additional charges incurred.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY!
