Cancellations & Returns

All sales are final.

Captain Boom does not accept returns or exchanges.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the shipment has left our warehouse. Cancellations prior to shipment will incur a 25% restocking fee.
If your order is undeliverable for any reason, including refusal to take delivery, there is no refund.
