What you need to know before you buy Gender Reveal Fireworks
We understand revealing the gender of your baby or learning the gender yourself is a special and exciting time. We know that you have already been waiting a long time for the big reveal. We would like to help you celebrate with our products, but there are some things you should know before placing an order. Please read carefully.
Due to federal regulations, we cannot expedite any shipping. Some items in our gender reveal fireworks category can ship via UPS or FedEx ground. These items are indicated as “Ships Ground”. We cannot overnight or second day air them, they must ship ground. Shipping times on these items is typically 3 to 5 business days after it leaves our warehouse depending on the delivery zip code.
Our Gender Reveal Fireworks items must ship via Hazmat Freight (on a semi-truck). We cannot ship these items any other way. These shipments can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to reach you once they leave our warehouse.
When you place an order with us, we strive to ship it out as quickly as possible. We generally ship in 1 to 2 business days. Occasionally, it can take up to 36 hours for an order to clear our fraud prevention department. If there are questions about the charge, the credit card holder may receive a phone call to verify the order is not fraudulent. Note that shipments are not picked up on weekends or holidays, so an order placed on Friday would not typically ship until Monday.
We ship FOB Origin which means once the shipment is tendered to the shipping/freight company it is yours. We do not guarantee delivery date and we are not responsible for delays in delivery. Given the shipping requirements for our products, we advise that you place your order at least 7, and preferably 10 to 14 business days before your big celebration. Please note that the estimated delivery date on Freight shipments is not the date your order will arrive to you, but the date it will arrive at the local freight terminal. Please read our information on “How to Schedule Your Delivery Appointment”so you to understand the delivery process. The most common delivery delay is the recipient not answering the phone when the freight company calls to schedule delivery. Fireworks orders require a signature and must be removed from the truck’s liftgate by the recipient. If the driver carries the shipment to your doorstep, you may incur large fees directly from the trucking company. We do not pay for these services.
Shipping charges on ground eligible orders are calculated at checkout. Our shopping cart has a minimum order of requirement of $7.99.
Hazmat Freight shipping charges on fireworks are very expensive. We do offer free shipping on qualified orders in accordance with our zone shipping chart. In most states we offer free shipping on orders of $500 or more. Orders less than $500 will incurs a large shipping charge that varies by zone starting at a minimum of $159 to Zone 1. If you order only one Gender Reveal Firework, you will be charged a large freight shipping fee. We suggest that, when possible, you order your 4th of July or New Year’s Eve fireworks at the same time as your Gender Reveal Fireworks to take advantage of our Free Fireworks Shipping.
We do not accept returns or cancellations once your order has shipped. All sales are final. If you cancel your order after it is placed and before it leaves our warehouse there is a restocking fee of 25%. If your order get returned to us for any reason you will be charged for all associated shipping fees both to you, and returning to us. This can be more than the entire cost of the original order.
